1. Creative Direction & Visual Concepting
Before a single diffusion pass runs, we translate your client brief into a visual direction document: mood, lighting logic, composition rules, and reference boards cleared for img2img use. This is art direction in the traditional sense — shot lists, frame ratios, brand guardrails — adapted for a generative AI workflow. We map where text-to-image exploration makes sense and where reference-driven generation will hold consistency. Typical engagement: C$3,200–C$8,500 for direction on a campaign or product line. Deliverables include concept frames, prompt libraries, and a signed-off visual language your team can reuse. Senior artists lead the room; models follow the brief, not the other way around.
2. Photoreal Product & Packaging Imagery
E-commerce teams often need dozens of angles, contexts, and label states without booking a physical studio for every variant. We build photoreal product imagery from pack shots, CAD references, and label artwork — using img2img, inpainting for label corrections, and outpainting for lifestyle contexts. Every frame passes a human retouch pass: dust removal, label alignment, colour matching to Pantone or brand swatches, and upscaling to your delivery spec. Batch generation produces variants; image quality control rejects artefacts before you see them. Indicative range: C$5,500–C$22,000 per SKU set depending on volume and environment complexity. 3. Campaign & Editorial Image Production
Launch campaigns need a coherent look across hero frames, social crops, OOH ratios, and email headers — often on a timeline that traditional photography cannot meet. We produce campaign imagery through art-directed generation: pose control, lighting continuity, and batch render pipelines that keep a season's visuals on-brand. Editorial frames receive the same colour-grade finish as product work. Human review catches drift between batches — the subtle shift in skin tone or background hue that models introduce without warning. Scoped projects typically run C$8,000–C$35,000. Retainer arrangements for ongoing campaign imagery start around C$6,500 per month with defined delivery volumes and revision rounds.
4. Concept Art & Key Visuals
Pitch decks and pre-production boards need evocative frames fast — not polished final assets, but concept art clear enough to align stakeholders. We run rapid text-to-image exploration under tight art direction, then refine selected directions through img2img and inpainting until a key visual emerges. These are working frames for decision-making; we label them accordingly and do not present them as guaranteed final campaign assets unless scoped that way. Concept sprints often land between C$2,800 and C$12,000 depending on iteration depth. Likeness, trademark, and IP references require explicit clearance before generation begins. We disclose AI involvement in deliverable metadata when your governance policy requires it.
5. Custom Style Training & Prompt Engineering
When a brand needs fifty social frames that all feel like the same photographer shot them, a generic model will fail. We fine-tune style models — LoRA training on licensed or client-owned reference sets — and build prompt and reference craft libraries your team can extend. Training data is documented: source, licence, consent status, and retention period. We do not train on scraped celebrity faces, competitor packaging, or unclear-rights web images. Prompt engineering deliverables include negative prompts, seed strategies, and composition control settings tuned to your brand visuals.
6. Retouching, Upscaling, Colour & Delivery
Generation is half the job. Our retouchers perform the human-in-the-loop finish: artefact removal, hand correction on details diffusion models mishandle, colour grading to brand spec, and upscaled delivery in the formats your pipeline expects — TIFF for print, WebP for web, layered PSD when you need editability. We run image quality control checklists before batch render export. Delivery includes usage-rights documentation and AI disclosure notes where applicable. Finish-only scopes on client-supplied generated frames start around C$1,800. Full pipeline engagements bundle finish with generation. Turnaround for finish passes is typically two to four business days after approval of selects.
