IMAGEFORGE AI · TORONTO AI IMAGE STUDIO

Generate · Direct · Finish

Images, forged — art-directed AI frames, finished by human hands.

ImageForge AI is a Canadian AI image studio in Leslieville, Toronto. We art-direct and generate photoreal, brand-consistent imagery using generative AI, diffusion models, and reference-driven workflows — then retouch, colour-grade, and review every frame by hand. Rights cleared; outcomes never guaranteed; no deepfakes.

Studio statement

A production-grade AI image studio — not an app, not a course, not a deepfake shop

We are a creative studio in Canada that produces art-directed, AI-generated imagery for client brands. You do not subscribe to a self-serve text-to-image tool here. You bring a brief — forty product shots due Friday with no studio day booked, a hero image almost right ten times in a row, a key visual that fell apart at print size — and we build an image pipeline around it.

Our team combines prompt engineering, reference images for img2img generation, style training on licensed or client-owned material, and a human retouch pass before anything leaves the forge. Generative imaging is probabilistic: hands wander, text garbles, likenesses appear uninvited. That is why human review and colour grading sit at the centre of every delivery, not at the edge as an optional extra.

We work from cleared references, respect licensing and usage rights, obtain consent where likeness is involved, and disclose AI use where required. We do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people without permission, or promise virality, reach, or indistinguishable-from-real guarantees. This is a professional creative-services firm — a Toronto AI image studio with senior artists and retouchers in the loop.

From brief to final frame

Four stages in our image pipeline

  1. Brief

You share the client brief, brand guidelines, reference library, and delivery specs. We define project scope, CAD budget, licensing needs, and what success looks like — without promising guaranteed outcomes.

  2. Direct

Art direction locks composition, lighting, pose control, and the visual language. Prompt and reference craft begins alongside mood references and cleared training material.

  3. Generate

Diffusion pipeline runs: text-to-image passes, img2img refinement, inpainting and outpainting where needed, batch generation for variants, then upscaling to delivery resolution.

  4. Finish

Senior retouchers run the human retouch pass — colour-grade finish, artefact cleanup, image quality control, and a final review against the brief before upscaled delivery.

Method

Photoreal image generation with a human hand on every layer

Models accelerate exploration; artists decide what ships. We train custom style models when a brand needs consistency across dozens of product images or campaign frames. We use composition control, licensed reference sets, and iterative prompt engineering — then inpaint the details diffusion models still fumble.

Whether the job is a concept-to-key-visual sprint or a full product image build for e-commerce, the workflow stays the same: art-directed generation, responsible AI practices, and imagery cleared for use under agreed licensing terms.
